Get Tank Top Ready!

It is summer time, let's get Tank Top ready! Try this workout recommended by Darah Richardson, OMNI Health and Wellness owner and fitness trainer to the trainers. The OMNI approach will help sculpt your arms and shoulders when you start with 1 set of 12 repetitions per exercise then increase to 2 set of 12 repetitions. Perform each exercise every other day. Chose a weight that is challenging but you should be able to complete your sets with proper form. No weights? No problem. Grab a can of food or get 2 water bottles and fill with sand or dirt. Don't forgot to add in cardiovascular exercise (swimming jogging, walking or high-intensity interval training (HIIT), choose a well-balanced diet and stay hydrated for the best results. After your workout grab a post workout snack like almonds, yogurt and berries, peanut butter and rice cake or your favorite high protein snack.
